Success through experience and customer focus

After 50 years of construction experience in Germany, we decided to start in Spain in 1997. Since then, our independent branch 1999 HEBERGER ESPAÑOLA S.A. has been building for demanding customers both on the mainland and on the island of Mallorca. Our range of services covers a broad spectrum that goes beyond the simple construction of all kinds of projects. Among other things, clients can, if they wish so, request a feasibility analysis of plots, advice, planning, and, of course, the construction of the desired project. With branches in Spain (Granada and Mallorca) and Germany, as well as an international team, we try to be as flexible as possible for our clients to enable close and fruitful cooperation.

We demand and encourage responsible action from each of our employees. We work and cooperate with our customers in a fair and cooperative atmosphere. Quality is our capital.

Over the past 70 years, our holding company HEBERGER has built up a strong base through a continually growing network of locations at national and international level. In 1997, this was successfully followed up with the first construction project on the Spanish mainland.

We plan, implement, build, expand or refurbish and offer you based We offer tailor-made and economically sustainable solutions based on our high level of consulting expertise.

1997 Launch in Spain

After around 50 years of construction experience in Germany, HEBERGER is expanding its operations to Spain. With its first construction project on the Spanish mainland, HEBERGER is embarking on a successful path of development in Spain.

1999 HEBERGER ESPAÑOLA S.A.

The triggers were the increase in construction activity in Spain and the collaboration with the retail chain REWE – Penny Markt, which launched its expansion in Andalusia.

2002 Construction activities

Construction activity for German-speaking clients picked up relatively quickly—for instance, the construction of a retirement residence for the Evangelisches Johanneswerk (€6 million), as well as several villas on the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz.

2006

Activities shifted towards project development in response to the growing demand for apartments and terraced houses.

2008

By 2008, approximately 55 townhouses, around 120 condominiums, and hotels had been built. In the industrial construction sector, projects included an 8,000 m² paint shop for Ronal (2006) and a heat treatment facility covering approximately 1,000 m². A strategic shift became necessary in 2008, leading us to identify the renewable energy sector as an opportunity to weather the real estate crisis.

2009

In 2009, we were commissioned to construct the solar array for the 30 MW solar power plant. The project was successfully handed over on schedule in 2011.

2012

In 2012, we established an operating base in Germany to improve capacity utilization and carried out various tasks, including structural work, drywall installation, and masonry work.

til today

HEBERGER ESPAÑOLA S.A. is carrying out further projects in the industrial, residential, and commercial construction sectors.
