Purpose of data collection, processing or use:
The data is collected, processed and used for our own purposes within the meaning of §28 BDSG. Derived from the statutes, the object of the company is the planning and construction of buildings of all kinds and the implementation of construction work of all kinds for its own account or for the account of third parties, including all work that is directly or indirectly related to this. The Company may manufacture, acquire, use and sell movable and immovable property.

Description of the groups of people concerned and the related data or data categories:
The affected groups of people and the related data or data categories result from the intended purpose (No. 4). These are mainly the following groups of people: Our own employees, trainees, interns, applicants, clients and their employees, customers, suppliers, service providers, contractual partners and contact persons for the groups mentioned above.

Data categories: Master data, billing data, prospect data, customer data, contract data, payment data, control data, client data, employee data, business partner data, supplier data, data from public authorities.

Data: Address data, name data, date of birth, tax numbers, VAT ID numbers, information on social security number, denomination, bank details, health data, planning data, contract data, billing data, voluntary information from the person concerned insofar as this is necessary to complete the order or to process the contract. In the area of personnel administration, information on qualifications, entry and exit into the employment relationship, wage and salary data, pension and social security data, warnings, certificates and application documents are also stored.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated:
No personal data will be forwarded without consent. If the contractual partner has given his express consent or has been instructed to do so, or if overriding legal provisions determine the transfer of data, data will be sent to:

  • Public bodies (e.g. tax offices, social security agencies, banks, insurance companies, courts)
  • internal departments involved in the execution of the respective business processes (e.g. personnel administration, bookkeeping, accounting, purchasing, marketing, general administration, sales)
  • external contractors (service companies) according to §11 BDSG
  • Other positions if required to pursue the purposes mentioned under 4.

 

Regular deadlines for deleting data:

The legislator has issued a variety of storage obligations and periods. After these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required to fulfill the contract, provided that statutory storage obligations and periods do not conflict with this. If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted if the purposes mentioned under 4. cease to apply.
