In our villas, contemporary mediterranean architecture is created by a perfect combination of outdoor and indoor living, as well as sun and shade. In keeping with the concept in terms of modern lifestyle and exquisiteness, the indoor areas on the ground floor are perfectly connected to the outdoor areas. High ceilings and large windows allow for maximum enjoyment of the grandiose views.

Our interior designers and architects have created light and airy spaces with a natural Mallorca feel, with natural stone-like finishes and high-quality joinery and glazing.

Mediterranean and modern, these superb dream properties have been designed in a contemporary style so that, above all, they offer a comfortable environment that can be enjoyed all year round.

Our villas are equipped with the following features:

QUALITY STARTS FROM THE FOUNDATIONS

  • Our villas are built of reinforced concrete, resistant to earthquakes.
  • The exterior walls consist of 24 cm thick Thermo-clay bricks (similar to Poroton) and an additional 4 cm thick thermal insulation (ETICS) so that the house is optimally insulated against cold and heat.
  • The fassade is partly designed with natural stone elements from the Majorcan quarry.

HIGH-QUALITY INTERIOR

  • Spacious, modern bathrooms with high-quality sanitary ware, wall and floor tiles in a natural stone look, and frameless glass shower enclosures.
  • Freestanding bathtub incl. fittings
  • Large-format porcelain stoneware floors (60×60) with a natural look in the living, dining, and sleeping areas as well as on the terraces (non-slip).
  • Modern white lacquered interior doors (German manufacturer).
  • Plastic windows with 2-fold thermal insulation glazing from Kömmerling, VEKA or equivalent, 2-colour (interior-exterior).
  • Electrically operated Zipp screens as sun and privacy screens with decentralised control.
  • Minimalist glass balustrade type Q-Railing or equivalent.

UNDERFLOOR HEATING

  • All our villas are equipped with underfloor heating throughout the property, supplied by a state-of-the-art energy-saving heat pump.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

  • Air conditioning using wall-mounted split units with inverter technology in all living areas and bedrooms.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

  • Decentralised living space ventilation with heat recovery ensures a healthy living climate.

SMARTHOME

  • The villa includes a Smart home “Basic” package so that you can control home automation elements from anywhere.

VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM

  • Video intercom with WIFI and colour monitor.

POOL
